- Government ID: Aadhar, Passport, PAN (required for airline tickets, hotel check-in, VIP darshan passes)
- Nationality and country of residence (for NRI customers and visa requirements)
- Mobile number — WhatsApp coordination, booking confirmations, on-trip support
- Email address — tickets, vouchers, itinerary documents, confirmation emails
- Emergency contact name and number — mandatory for senior and unaccompanied travellers
- Overseas contact details — for NRI family packages (daily trip update sharing)
- Departure city and preferred travel dates
- Specific Jyotirlinga(s) you wish to visit and your circuit history
- Package preference (Economy / Standard / Premium) and hotel category

We collect minimal payment data: bank transfer references, UPI transaction IDs, and partial card details for refund processing only. We do not store full card numbers.
All card transactions processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Payment details are encrypted in transit and never stored in plain text.

- On-Trip Support: Coordinate with local guides, share details with temple authorities for darshan passes, manage in-trip emergencies
- NRI Family Coordination: With explicit consent, add overseas family members to trip update groups and send daily progress reports
- Yatra Circuit Continuity: Maintain your pilgrimage record to plan the next leg of your 12 Jyotirlinga circuit from where you left off
- Legal Compliance: Comply with IATA, DGCA, and applicable Indian law requirements

To fulfil your yatra booking, we share relevant data with:
- Airlines: Name, date of birth, passport/ID — for ticket issuance
- Hotels: Name, ID number, check-in details — for confirmed reservation
- Temple Trusts: Name, ID — for VIP darshan passes at Mahakaleshwar, Kashi Vishwanath, Kedarnath, and others
- Local Guides & Ground Operators: Name, mobile, hotel details — for on-ground coordination
- Kedarnath Helicopter Operators: Name, age, medical fitness status — for helicopter booking
Service providers receive only the minimum data required. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties — ever.
We may share information if required by law or court order. In a medical emergency during your yatra, relevant medical information may be shared with emergency services to protect your safety.
